Flat roofs are constructed basically with joists spanning the gap between two walls, covered by sheet timber or other material. In the case of timber a further, waterproof cover is required.

1.  Remove the existing roof.

2.  Check the existing decking.

3.  If the existing decking needs replacing, supply and fit new decking boards.

4.  Supply and fit 2/3 layers of high performance polyester torch on felt.

5.  Supply and fit code 4 lead new wall flashings.
